Raia: "Daddy, look! It's a little boy, just like ME!"
Says Raia, pointing to the little person 3 feet away from her and George at the self-checkout stand last week.
And, earlier in the day...
Raia: "Mommy, you go to the hospital and baby Patrick came out!"
Me: "Yes, he did! He was born, wasn't he?"
Raia: "Ya. The baby doctor helped him come out. He came out of your mouth!"
"Quiet Voices" and "The Birds and the Bees", all in one day!
(Thankfully Raia was content with the new information on how a baby comes OUT, and didn't ask how the heck it got IN. *phew!*)

Oh my gosh!!! This post cracks me up! LOL!
ReplyDeleteAh yes, the "birds and the bees"...so far I have been able to answer any questions that come my way with simple "G" rated answers...my plan is that when the hard ones come I will deflect them by telling my boys to go ask their father!
